As I wrote
on my last post I was in Singapore some days ago, and I know is kind of
unusual, but the most exciting thing I bought there was a book: “Baking with
Julia”. Highly recommended by Mireia, I was really looking forward to get it to
try all its recipes!
Since I’m
back in Madrid with a lot of stuff to do for school I’ve hardly found time to
use my new book, and I really felt that I should use it before going to Germany
again (I will go on the 26th of this month). That’s why I just chose
one of the easiest yet delicious recipes of the book: BEST EVER BROWNIES.
These
brownies were a really good choice for a Sunday. I served them with raspberries
and whipped cream (I don’t like it but looks good xD) but Ioana preferred them
with nothing. And I don’t know if they’re the best ever brownies, but I liked
them enough for being happy of having this book.

algunos días, y yo sé que es inusual, pero la cosa más emocionante que compré
ahí fue un libro: “Baking with Julia”. Altamente recomendado por Mireia, estaba
ansiosa por tenerlo y probar todas las recetas!
Desde que estoy de vuelta en Madrid tengo muchas cosas que
hacer de la escuela y difícilmente he tenido tiempo de usar mi nuevo libro, y
realmente sentía que tenía que usarlo antes de ir a Alemania de nuevo (voy el
26 de este mes). Es por ello que elegí una de las recetas más fáciles y ricas
del libro: BEST EVER BROWNIES.
Estos brownies fueron una muy buena opción para un domingo. Los
serví con frambuesas y crema batida (que no me gusta pero se ve bien) pero
Ioana los prefirió sin nada. Y no sé si sean los mejores brownies pero me
gustaron lo suficiente para estar feliz de tener este libro.
