For tomorrow's lunch!

I declare myself unable to reinstall Photoshop on my computer. I will try it again, but not today! I spent a lot of hours trying and was a complete fail. So I felt that I needed to bake my favorite german bakery treats: Apfeltaschen.

Sadly mines were not as good as the Lidl ones (I really love them), but was my first try. I will continue looking for the perfect recipe... or buying them!

With the remaining dough, I baked some ham and cheese pockets that I think my boyfriend and I will eat tomorrow for lunch at the park next to the university (if the weather is nice).

Me declaro incapaz de reinstalar Photoshop en mi computadora. Lo intentaré de nuevo, pero hoy no! Pasé demasiadas horas intentando y fue un absoluto fracaso. Entonces sentí que necesitaba hacer mi cosa favorita de la panadería alemana: Apfeltaschen.

Tristemente, las mías no fueron tan buenas como las de Lidl (realmente las amo), pero fue mi primer intento. Continuaré buscando la receta perfecta... o comprándolas.

Con la masa restante hice unas bolsitas de jamón y queso que quizá mañana comeremos mi novio y yo de lunch en el parque junto a la uni (si el clima lo permite).
