Heute versuche
ich auf Deutsch zu schreiben. Seit einem Jahr besuche ich einen intensiven
Deutschkurs, um in Deutschland weiter zu studieren. Ich muss die DSH Prüfung schaffen,
die ich schon geschrieben und nicht bestanden habe. Aus diesem Grund habe ich entschieden,
mit meinem Blog zu üben. Ich entschuldige mich, wenn das, was ich schreibe,
langweilig ist.
2 EL Olivenöl
½ Zwiebel, fein gehackt
½ Zwiebel, fein gehackt
1 Stange Lauch,
in feine Streifen geschnitten
2 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt
2 Karotten, geschält und gehackt
2 ½ TL Thymian
1 Flasche Bier (500 ml)
2 Tassen Hähnchenbrühe
¼ Tasse Butter
¼ Tasse Mehl
2 Tassen Milch
2 Tasse Kürbispüree
2 Tassen geriebener Käse (Gouda, Edamer)
1 EL Zitronensaft
½ TL Paprikapulver
½ TL Muskatnuss
Salz und Pfeffer
2 Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt
2 Karotten, geschält und gehackt
2 ½ TL Thymian
1 Flasche Bier (500 ml)
2 Tassen Hähnchenbrühe
¼ Tasse Butter
¼ Tasse Mehl
2 Tassen Milch
2 Tasse Kürbispüree
2 Tassen geriebener Käse (Gouda, Edamer)
1 EL Zitronensaft
½ TL Paprikapulver
½ TL Muskatnuss
Salz und Pfeffer
Das Öl in eine mittelgroβe Topf erhitzen. Die Zwiebel und den Lauch darin andünsten. Den Knoblauch und die Karroten hinzufügen und
mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Das Gemüse etwa 5 Minuten andüsten und den Thymian
dazugeben. Die Brühe dazugießen und etwa
10 Minuten aufkochen.
Die Butter in
anderem mittelgroβe Topf schmelzen lassen. Das Mehl hinzufügen und etwa 2
Minuten mischen. Nach und nach die Milch dazugeben und immer wieder glatt rühren,
um jede Klümpchenbildung zu vermeiden. Die Kürbispüree hinzufügen und mischen.
Den Käse, das Bier und die Zitrone dazugeben und
mischen. Das Gemüse hinzufügen und die Suppe fein pürieren. Die suppe etwa 4 Minuten aufkochen und abschmecken.

Today I tried to write in German too. Since last year I attend an intensive German course to continue studying in Germany. I must pass the DSH-Test. Sadly i already wrote it and didn't pass. Because of that, I decided to practie my German with my Blog. I'm sorry if the things I write (in German and in English) are boring.

2 cups pumpkin purée
2 cups grated cheese (Gouda, Edamer)
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp paprika powder
½ tsp nurmeg
Salt and pepper

Heat the oil in a medium pot and sauté the onion and the
leek. Add the garlic and the carrots and season with salt and pepper. Sauté the
vegetables during 5 minutes and add the thyme. Pour the chicken broth and let
it boil 10 minutes.
In another medium pot melt the butter. Add the flour and mix
it with the butter 2 minutes. Add the milk, little by little, and stir
constantly to avoid lumps. Add the pumpkin purée and mix. Add the cheese, the beer
and the lemon and combine. Add the vegetables and puree the soup. Boil the soup
4 minutes and add salt and pepper to taste.

Hoy intenté
escribir en alemán también. Desde hace un año asisto a un curso intensivo de
alemán, para poder continuar mis estudios en Alemania. Tengo que aprobar el
examen DSH, el cual ya hice y no aprobé. Por ello me decidí a practicar el
alemán con mi blog. Así que me disculpo por si lo que escribo es aburrido.

½ media cebolla picada
1 puerro en rebanadas
2 dientes de ajo finamente picados
2 zanahorias peladas y picadas
2 ½ cucharaditas de tomillo
1 botella de cerveza (500 ml)
2 tazas de caldo de pollo
¼ taza de mantequilla
¼ taza de harina
2 taza de leche
2 taza de puré de calabaza
2 tazas de queso rallado (Gouda, Edam)
1 cucharadas de jugo de limón
½ cucharadita de paprika en polvo
½ cucharadita de nuez moscada
sal y pimienta
½ media cebolla picada
1 puerro en rebanadas
2 dientes de ajo finamente picados
2 zanahorias peladas y picadas
2 ½ cucharaditas de tomillo
1 botella de cerveza (500 ml)
2 tazas de caldo de pollo
¼ taza de mantequilla
¼ taza de harina
2 taza de leche
2 taza de puré de calabaza
2 tazas de queso rallado (Gouda, Edam)
1 cucharadas de jugo de limón
½ cucharadita de paprika en polvo
½ cucharadita de nuez moscada
sal y pimienta
Calentar
el aceite en una olla mediana. Agregar la cebolla y el puerro y sofreír. Agregar
el ajo y las zanahorias y sazonar con sal y pimienta. Sofreír las verduras
durante unos 5 minutos y añadir el tomillo. Verter el caldo y dejar hervir 10
minutos.
En otra
olla mediana derretir la mantequilla. Agregar la harina y mezclarla con la
mantequilla por 2 minutos. Poco a poco ir vertiendo la leche, removiendo para
evitar que se formen grumos. Añadir el puré de calabaza, la cerveza y el limón
y mezclar. Agregar finalmente las verduras de la olla anterior y licuar. Dejar
hervir de nuevo la sopa durante 4 minutos.
